Biography
From Ruins are the epitome of a modern metal band. Formed in the spring of 2023, the Northern Ireland-based outfit is determined to plant their flag on the musical map, carving out a reputation for a potent mix of brutal and soaring vocals, gripping melodies, and hard-hitting riffs.
Their debut single, ‘Running Away,’ followed by the electrifying ‘Hate Me,’ and their powerful debut EP, ‘Inner Demons,’ have resonated deeply with metal aficionados in Ireland, the U.K., and beyond. Not one to rest on their laurels, From Ruins continued their sonic assault with the release of their single, ‘Until We’re Gone,’ leading up to the highly anticipated EP, Poison for Your Soul, which was unleashed on September 6th, 2024 to glowing reviews.
Among the standout tracks, ‘The Cure’ was played on BBC Radio 1’s Introducing Rock show, hosted by Alyx Holcombe, further cementing the band’s rising status in the underground Irish metal scene.
With critical acclaim and fresh momentum behind them, they now gear up to take their explosive sound live in 2025 and beyond.
